Tanu Anand

Tanu is the Co-Founder & Partner, Mother & Dragons, a boutique creative talent representation agency based in Berlin and LA.
She has spent close to two decades in this industry. Prior to Mother & Dragons, she worked with The 120 Media Collective/ Bang Bang Films, where she was responsible for all marketing, communications and PR activities. Her television broadcast experience comes from running all trade marketing and communication for Neo Sports and Neo Cricket. Initial years of her career were spent with Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson after completing her masters in Marketing & Corporate communications.
 
Having lived in Bombay, London and now Berlin, climbing the Kilimanjaro, going to German School for a year to understand and learn the complex world of German grammar have all been an incredible experience. They have helped her become culturally sensitive and to see outside the bubble and gain a more balanced perspective on diversity issues (they are real!). One of the founding Associate Members of Owned, Tanu would like to encourage and mentor new talent especially women to take the risk and start something new. You can find her across all social media channels as Scout Finch, after the character from the book To Kill a Mockingbird and the one that inspired her most.
