Sarah Baulcomb

Over the years Sarah has managed and co-ordinated over a hundred broadcast and commercial productions for the likes of BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Grants Whisky and Johnson & Johnson.

She launched creative production company, Lobster Creative, along with Simon Elsbury and Wesley Pollitt in 2017. As Head of Production Sarah oversees all shoots at Lobster, ensuring they run to time and budget.
