Since the moment NERD was born, I have always had the ambition of facilitating the much needed, positive change in advertising and creating an equal playing field within the industry, where female talent is not only nurtured but celebrated.

Our ethos at NERD always being one of inclusion and equality, so seeking and nurturing as well as supporting talent from non-traditional backgrounds and female talent. We are constantly inspired by the people around us that share the same passion for building an environment reflective of the people that we create the work for – the consumers. Our diverse team of fiercely talented Directors, Illustrators and Producers from all backgrounds and walks of life bring our similarities and differences together under one roof to collaborate and craft only the most visually pleasing moving image, content TVCs and illustrations.
